  • I came in on a Monday morning at 10 a.m. I asked for a hand wash = $25. The wash took them 13 minutes to complete. After they washed the vehicle they took it over to the drying area. The attendant must have been in a hurry because he had no problems accelerating through the parking lot. When they called me over to tell me the vehicle was complete I saw smudges, tree sap, dirt, and bugs still on the car. I requested the guys rag so that I could actually clean it myself since he did a piss poor job and wasnt willing to put forth any more effort. After going over the entire driver side of my vehicle I decided to go request a refund since I am going to be redoing it myself anyways. The "manager" refused to give a refund because "the employees did their job..." I told her that doing a s***** job is not in fact what they were hired to do. Since there are still dead bugs all over my front bumper and water streaks dripping down my door, gas cap, and back bumper I'm actually scared to see what she thinks is a bad job. The manager offered for me to come back and have them rewash it another day for free. I guess you can consider that an attempt to make it right. But having them do a second crappy wash is still not good enough in my book. I highly recommend you simply avoid this place all together and go hit up the $3 Car Wash as that is the quality you will receive. Actually, the $3 Car wash might be better than this place and it only takes 5 minutes. All in all if you read this and still go there you probably make poor decisions on the regular. If in fact you heed my warning, then I just saved you time and money. You're Welcome!
