  • Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is not good. Another prior post stated the front desk is "defensive" and I believe that is an accurate statement. There are several good therapists, but some are just "so-so" and don't seem to enjoy their job. The turn-over at this location is high. This is a baby step above Massage Envy.
