| - I had such high hopes for TwentyTwo group, but after a very hostile communication process, my friend and I will be seeking other options.
We originally called TwentyTwo after seeing some listings online for high rises around the valley. After an in-depth phone call with Ryan, he was able to understand our needs and wants and by the end of the day we had listings to look over.
Having two people look for a rental in any city is stressful with scheduling, but add the crazy Vegas hours it becomes even more difficult.
After his initial response to the listings, my future roommate had forwarded the listings for me to look at, unfortunately that is when communication got a little crazy.
We got an email back within 3 days from Ryan that had some not-so-nice words about our time working with him. I have lived in multiple cities, renting in all of them, yet I have never encountered such a rude email like I have from Ryan. We told him that we wouldn't be able to look at any properties until the following Monday, yet we still received such a forthright email from him.
After weighing our options and our experience, we decided it was best to find another leasing company. Moving is rough as it is, the last thing we needed to experience was an agent calling us rude via email.
As for the TwentyTwo team, I hope others have a better grasp on customer service and for future clients, I hope your experience goes much better than ours.
Lastly, Vegas is a small city and word of mouth travels far. It's not good to treat locals with such bad demeanor.
