  • I needed to bring something for a work potluck so I decided to make a quick trip to the nearby Farmer's market. There was already a lot of food being brought, so I decided a post-feast treat would hit the spot, so when I saw Yum Bakery, I picked up a set of chocolate covered strawberries and a few macaroons to go along with it. I also decided to treat myself by picking up lemon possett. In honesty, I'm a little irked about the price, but in fairness, it's the farmer's market, not the superstore bulk bin section. The possett was awesome. I could never get the creamy consistency right in my own attempt to create it, but this had a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and creamy. How was the strawberries and maccaroons? Well I WOULDN'T KNOW because I zonked out and forgot to set some aside for me to try and they were all gone the next day @ the potluck. Savages...the world is filled with savages
