  • From start to finish Overson was true to their word on our roof repair. They showed up when they said they would and stuck to the estimate. This estimate was $4,000 less than Ky Ko and they started the work in 2 weeks. KyKo was 6 weeks out. The walk thru they do after the job is finished is another layer of customer service and their care for quality work. In our case they found 3 spots that he wasn't happy with and they are sending a crew out to correct. Amazing customer service.
