Been to Chuy's three times now. For the most part pretty standard fare for a TexMex place. Good portions on each plate. Can't tell much difference in the two rice options. The chicken is actually kinda bland in the flautas. The nachos are really good because they are not just chips tossed on a plat but rather they have attention placed on each one. The Boom Boom sauce is excellent. My biggest downside is that the last two times we've been there we had the same server and he is extremely lackluster and doesn't pay much attention to his customers. He's walked away from me twice as I was making a drink order and trying to ask for more salsa but he didn't hear because he was walking away from me. I'd definitely want a different server if I went back. Decent place and always busy but not the best Mexican food in the area.
