Ana and Heidi-RUDE Power tripping managers at this location.
Husband and I bought a bottle of liquor here (expensive tequila) and realized we didn't need it after our stay in Vegas. We called to return it, and the guy we spoke to said it was absolutely no problem as long as it was unopened and you have the receipt.
Went out of our way on way to the airport to return it and they refused our return. The manager (woman) on duty was extremely rude, and refused to give us anything, not even store credit back. She said this was not possible and that whoever talked to us was lying. We were enjoying our time in Vegas so my husband of course didn't get the name of the person who told us it was perfectly fine to return.
The other (another woman) manager was just as rude- my husband and I spent thousands of dollars at Whole Foods locations all over the world and both woman treated me like a piece of sh*t I'm literally in shock of the treatment I was given.
I will never be returning to this location again in the future. Absolutely absurd. I'll be contacting Whole Foods corporate about this issue and having a word with them about management at this location in falsifying information to customers and treating them poorly. Apparently whole foods doesn't understand the value in attaining and keeping good customers. Not even store credit for a future purchase. It's the principal here- Whole Foods lied to its customer and then punished them for their own act. Admitting fault and doing the right thing (ie giving them store credit for a future purchase and having us dump the tequila)- would have been the right thing to do here. Period.
