  • I adore this place. Love the name your price Tuesdays with proceeds going to charity. Love some of the daily specials. The atmosphere and space is great. But above everything, some of the staff members. They know a thing or two about customer appreciation, how to keep customers coming and that the customer is always right. I've been going here regularly since I first tried it in 2014. But one day last fall, my drink didn't taste right and I was already in a 3 hour lecture by the time I realized. I decided I'd try drinking it anyway since I'd already bought it and didn't wanna waste it. When I was about halfway there done it became impossible to drink, I just didn't like the taste at all. So I stopped drinking it and went back to the store after class. The guy on till said he couldn't do anything since it had been too long and I'd drank a lot of it, even though I explained the taste got worse as I drank it. Later this other guy came to the front who knows I'm a regular, immediately apologized and gave me a refund. Because of the bad drink I didn't go back for a few months but when I did go back in December, that same guy who gave me the refund, after taking my order offered me to taste my drink first out of a small cup to make sure I was satisfied with it, and he apologized again and said 'I don't think I've ever seen you since that day!' This has to be by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He genuinely cares about customers, I couldn't believe he remembered who I was and the whole incident 3 months later and took the initiative to go out of his way to make sure I never had that experience again. Mistakes happen, I can 100% accept that, but my impression of a business/person is based on how they handle it. I have no idea why my drink was bad that day but what matters is that the mistake was rectified and my trust in them was restored. Most likely, I was probably just given someone else's drink. They made me feel like my business with them was valued and I have never felt so welcomed at any other restaurant/store before. Also, I have been going there at least twice a week since 2014 and have only had ONE bad experience so this should not deter anyone from going there. If anything it should encourage you, because rest assured they care about your opinion and whether or not you like your drink and will make it right. Good customer service goes such a long way, I have introduced lots of people to Bubble Tease which really goes to show treating your customers right will only bring you new customers and repeat business from the old ones. So why would ever wanna treat your customers badly? Loads of places could learn from this place.
