  • Deceptive pricing, I received an email add and went to the store to purchase. Some of the prices did not agree with the add, the cashier checked with a manager who had an opinion as to why the pricing difference, then she walked away. I called customer service and the rep stated there were some incorrect adds that went out by email. For a company of this size...deception is sad and lack of customer service is inexcusable.
