Salesman charged us for fabric protection without asking if we actually wanted it. Tried to tell me he had talked to my wife about it - which he did - but he never actually asked if we wanted to pay for it. He just put it on the bill. Also, he took our email address "just in case there are any changes to the pickup date" - but of course the next day we get advertisements to the email address which was only going to be used to alert us to pickup issues. Bait and switch and charging for things behind your back. Just be careful and you can get out with your wallet and email intact!
