Went by this dealership early to buy a clunker used truck. They don't have salesmen or saleswomen, just order takers. Real sales people approach potential customers and try to sell something. We arrived on their used car lot and were there for over 30 minutes. Finally I walked down to the showroom to try and find someone to help. Even the guest receptionist asked one of the "sales" people where he was going. ( He was scurrying away from the front door where I came in). He didn't appear eager for a sale.
I told him what I was interested in. We walked back up on the lot and other than opening the doors to a vehicle he asked nor offered any help. I said I wanted to test drive it, but they would only let me go around a big block area, I was not allowed to drive it at highway speed on the 215.
Final blow to any deal was that the thieves added $769 for an alarm system, $309.00 for VIN etching and a whopping $600.00 document fee. Bear in mind this is on a 2000 model Tacoma pickup truck with over 160000 miles. Needless to say this was a wasted trip. Deal with someone more honest. Oh, the "salesman" also told me that the dealership was so good at it's business that they did not have to negotiate with anyone. Really?
