  • Penn station used to be the lunch spot or for a quick pick up. The staff used to be amazing and always welcoming. The last time I went to get penn station was last night as I was trying to call in for a to go at 7:15 the phone line was dead it didn't sound like it was busy. I knew that they closed at 8 so I decided to just go there and wait since the phone wasn't working. When I told them their phone wasn't working the "manger" went and reconnected it right in front of me. After everything I heard them say about customers I will not be back there even though I love the food. So rude and that is not how you treat customers with so many other take out options around us.
