A prescription was ordered on a Wednesday for my dog's life threatening condition and did not arrive until Monday afternoon. By this time, my dog was already back at the vet for the same issue with the vet wondering why my dog hadn't taken his meds.
They called and assumed I would have the meds shipped to my home for an additional charge. Luckily, I opted out of that, since I discovered later that the prescription needs to be refrigerated. Even though they said I would not be charged this additional fee, I was still charged when it was sent with their group shipment to the vet. They later refunded this fee, but still claimed I was liable for it in the future as a "processing fee".
In the future, I will have my vet deal with them rather than dealing directly with them, which I didn't realize was an option until I called to inquire about why they were so terrible with the aforementioned issues.
They are definitely lacking in their communication and timeliness, but the meds are great and my dog takes the chicken flavored liquid without issue.
