Closer to a 3.5 stars.
Bally is located pretty much in the middle of the strip which was nice because it gives you access to both ends. Price is decent compared to the surrounding hotels such as Aria, Venetian, or even Paris.
Hotel room was not so fantastic but not so dingy. The hotel/casino is one of the older ones so it reeks of smoke throughout the casino. However, they managed to keep the hotel rooms smelling pretty smoke-free! Pillows are weirdly soft...like marshmallows...your heads just sink right in. They did not have a War table in the casino and would send you to the neighboring Paris's casino instead. Parking lot was also shared between the two hotels. Overall, an average stay.
