  • We found this place randomly because my mom was craving Pho. For calling itself Pho so 1 (which basically translates to #1 pho), they aren't so great. The soup totally tasted like they were trying to drown out any other flavor with an excessive amount of star anise. I will give them credit for the fast service and the very fresh veggies, but the soup makes the pho, and it totally wasn't working for me. On a high note, they were open early in the morning which is irregular for a lot of pho places, but I don't think I'll be going here again.
