On one of my "vagabond days", I tasted, compulsively, the cafeteria food at J-Town. The Nori was crunchy, fresh, light and tasty despite the strong and almost pungent vinegar. The food court had a factory-like ambiance and seemed like it was in the middle of a warehouse. In other words, not so posh. The sushi, a refrigerated takeout tray, was tasty and definitely more "authentique" than any other cafeteria-inspired quicky sushi.
