Stayed at the Bellagio hotel from March 11th to March 14th 2017. This hotel is huge and amazing! I checked in a little after 3pm. Check in was easy although very long lines. I didn't experience any snobby front desk agents like other reviewers. The lady who assisted me in check in was courteous, sweet and accommodating.
FYI: You do pay the resort fee at check-in (which went up before my stay on march 11th). The resort fee as of that day was $39.00 plus taxes and fees which totaled $44.22 per day. In addition to this fee you must pay a deposit for incidental which they will refund at the end of your stay and that can be anywhere from $200 plus. This will appear on your credit card as a charge but again they do refund (in my case I got my funds back 48 hours after check-out.
I was placed on the 10th floor and my room was clean and spacious. This is a no view room. The bathroom was definitely my favorite. I love the glass stand up shower and the bathtub definitely came in handy on my trip. We had enough clean towels and was given new towels daily by housekeepers.
Room-service was also pretty good. We had a lazy afternoon and didn't feel like doing much so the Bellagio in-room dining service came in handy. You have the option of having it charge to your room, paying directly with credit card or cash when the food arrived. I ordered the Bellagio prime burger with french fries and my sister ordered the Chicken Alfredo. The meal comes with a complimentary basket of bread and the sodas were $6.00 each, which was a rip off for the amount we got but the Bellagio is quite over-priced in certain things.
Overall, my stay here was phenomenal. The Bellagio fountains is a must see, the garden inside is beautiful, the casino was nice, the bank night club was good and popping and the staff was all courteous and showed great customer service. I would definitely stay here again when in Vegas!
