  • Heads up, outdoor enthusiasts: if you have a bike rack BOLTED to your car (not in use; no bikes on it), Clean Freak will take your money the first 2 times you go through their car wash (and with no problems to the bike rack or their equipment), but the 3rd time you come as a customer, they say their policy is no bike racks. No, you can't unbolt it from my car so I can go through - it was put on professionally and is not something car wash employees are equipped to do. I have been through many different car washes, hundreds of times with no problems. I will easily take my business elsewhere.
