I've eaten here about 5 times and had take out roughly the same amount.
I typically get the pork bone soup, but I've also had the bibimbap and a few appetizers.
The pork bone soup is good. Definitely not great. The meat on the bone that I'm use to from "Thumb's Up" on Bloor/Bathurst, literally fall off the bone and is extremely tender.
Not so the case at Chaban, the 8 times I've had it. This is the ONLY semi Korean place in our area - hence it does fill the craving.
Would I come back here again - of course - it's the only place around.
Would I recommend it to a friend - probably not. Unless they are REALLY craving some Korean eats and is driving along the Queensway.
