  • We just bought a house and were selling some of the old stuff that was left behind. Lee (forgive me if I spelled his name wrong) showed up for an item for sale and I noticed he was a pool guy. Me being inexperienced with pools and already having someone scheduled to come take a look at it the next weekend I asked Lee if he would mind taking a look at the pool. It being a Saturday afternoon with a spur of the moment request, he said 'yeah, no problem'. I offered to pay an inspection fee and he said he would look at it for no cost, what a deal! The equipment seemed to check out fine and he ended up repairing my pool vac in about 1 minute with his own parts and I literally had to force money into his hand for his time and extra parts. He also gave me invaluable information on how to maintain my pool. What a great reflection of the company this was to me. No doubt I will be calling them for any other pool related issues I have!
