This complex has had an ongoing Biting Midge/No-See-Um INFESTATION for quite some time now, over a year, and they can't seem to get it under control. Our patio is a buffet for these things. We can't go out there for longer than five minutes without being covered in these invisible to the naked eye pests with a BIG bite. They get on your clothes and come inside and get very active at night leading to sleepless nights. It seems that they target some people and not others but they are very active when the weather warms up over 80 degrees. Management is aware of the issue but they are incompetent when it comes to eliminating the infestation as if they don't want to believe it is true. They claim they haven't noticed it but these things only seem to come out after the sun goes down and the office is closed. My neighbor has said that she noticed them in the early morning when she goes out for a job. I can feel them all over me right now, their bites anyway, and it looks like another sleepless night for me! Thanks Weidner management team you guys have done a bang up job in making this place a living nightmare by failing to address a long standing issue that other people are surely suffering through and likely have left because of. Many units here are empty and I am betting that people move in and then move out once they experience these tiny monsters in action enough. We can't wait until our lease (with a private owner) is up in June!
