I order a living room sofa set in the first week of May. Part of my order was delivered two weeks after. My whole order wasn't delivered because someone messed up my order and delivered the wrong color sofa. They said the would redeliver on the 30th. I instead got a call and they pushed my delivery back to the 9th of June. So here I am more than a month in and my furniture still has not been delivered. They call the day before delivery and said they are unwilling to deliver my item in a time frame that is convenient for me. I then go to the store and cancel my order. They charge me a forty dollar fee. So in summary they messed up my order, had me waiting a ridiculous time period to redeliver, we're unwilling to deliver in a convenient time frame, and charged me for their mistake. Last time I will be using value city.
