| - This company has been nothing but trouble since the first month and nothing but lack of care since.
We did our walk through. First issue was that the microwave sounded horrible and needed to be replaced. Ok good they agreed to replace it. Fantastic. It then started smelling like something in the wall was on fire. After 3 scheduled appointments, 2 no call no shows and numerous phone calls the, microwave finally was replaced.
Second issue, there was a hole in one of the bathrooms, big enough to put a spoon through. What did they do you ask??? They covered with the spackle. oh, that's fine, I understand what spackle does. Problem is... It's not even a good spackle job.
Third issue, the faucet covers on one of the bathroom knobs were loose and falling off. The tech was not even close to professional when he did the work. It does not look good still and a new hole is forming, cant' wait to get water in the wall.
A month into living at the house my bedroom door was sticking on the bottom, a bathroom door came off the hinges completely and a bedroom door was starting to come off the hinges. Again 3 appointments later, 2 no call no shows and the tech being 2 hours late, finally the doors were being worked on. Again horrible work. He worked on my bedroom door first. Heard a bunch of knocking and banging. Cool, he is fixing it, I understand. Problem was. he spray painted over whatever wasn't white due to the banging and there was overspray everywhere. The wall, the tile on the other side of the door and the carpet. Great, didn't notice it until he left as the door seemed to be perfectly placed so that it wasn't noticed. The bedroom door is great. The bathroom door was set too high and now will not close all the way. Fantastic, I need to call them again. After the tech left and I noticed the overspray, I called waypoint. Requested to speak to his manager. I was told that he would be contacting me in 24 to 48 hours. Well here I am a month later and still waiting. Oh why am I still waiting and why didn't I call back you ask??? Ha, I did, several times and still here I am waiting. Glad I didn't hold my breath.
And now, This will be the 3rd month in a row, I can not make my payment on-line, seriously people get your system working. I have to call my property manager every time. Have her reset it and then I am able to pay. Again problem is... She never answers the phone and it always takes her 3-4 days to call back. And that's if she does. Usually I have to call her again.
Wish me luck, I just put in a service request to get some tiles in the living room set back in place as they have been loose since we moved in. Oh wait why haven't I had this fixed before, you ask?? Again.... I have. They apparently weren't loose enough to have fixed. And now a month later, I can pick the tile up off the floor. Can't wait for them to no call no show again and spend numerous amounts of my time trying to get someone on the phone. Fingers crossed. Ill keep you updated on how this one goes.
As for now, I would never use this management company or suggest them to anyone ever. like EVER!!
