rev:text	Great service! When you first enter the store, there's a sign-in station so that when a service rep becomes available, he/she can help you. At first, I was worried that that would mean being pressured for a sale, but our lovely rep, Genevieve, was the most informative and patient individual. We went through different options together, and she calculated and showed us the final price for various products, which we really appreciated. She even suggested we go home and think about our color choice and come back another day, which is virtually unheard of (at least in my experience with sales people). In the end, we found what we wanted, and Genevieve went through the details twice with us, from confirming what color we wanted for the chain that pulls the shade to explaining how long the order and installation delay would be. The store gets orders done in about two days from the time one places an order, and installation is pretty cheap ($30 first window, $20 second, and $10 for every other window). I actually didn't want shades for our new place, but due to heating element placements, we weren't able to get proper curtains in all our rooms. Genevieve showed us fabric shades (I hate those tacky plastic blinds), and reassured me I'd get some of the look I wanted from curtains. Additionally, as long as your windows are the same dimension, you can move them from room to room very easily according to her. Lastly, she said they always have a promotion, whether it's Buy 1 Get 2nd half off, or half price on certain shades, etc. It was an easy and painless process for this shade novice, and I highly recommend them.
