  • I came here with my significant other for his holiday company party. I've also stopped in to see the sun rise over a frozen lake and to show a family member the small museum. Each time the staff was lovely and helpful. As for the company party, it was very nice. I assume the catering company was the terrace's. Under that assumption, the food was quite good. They served an average salad and a chicken wellington. The wellington was a touch on the dry side, but otherwise quite good. The mushrooms were a nice touch. For dessert they served an amazing apple cheesecake with a carmel drizzle and coffee. The wait staff was amazing. Very attentive and incredibly nice. The bartender also made a nice old fashioned! The one time my significant other and I came to watch the sun rise we assumed no one would be there at 6 in the morning on a freezing winter day. So we showed up in basically pajamas and a winter coat. As it turns out there was actually a huge security convention scheduled! Opps! They let us go into the sectioned of area to the side before the coffee place opened and didn't seem to mind so long as we didn't come back to the main area. Overall the place is quite lovely and I would recommend coming here for the view any day!
