I was ignored, unloved and unwanted. Apple sales members (and there were plenty milling about talking to each other....) failed to recognize that I wanted to buy something. Realizing that service was negligible I discovered the item I wanted to buy on display all by myself but then had to figure out where to pay for it. This was difficult. I finally interrupted two salespeople who were engrossed in conversation. At checkout I was asked, "Are you sure you want to buy this? Do you understand what it is?" What a strange and bizarre retail experience.
