Honestly, this is one of the most upsetting experiences I've ever had. One of my sons is dying and we took some final family photos with him. I went to get them printed for our Christmas card and got a set done. When I returned to pick them up the same day, I asked to do a second order of the same thing. This time they said it wouldn't be ready for a couple days. I picked them up at a later date. I spent two hours individually cutting all 100 photos when I noticed the second batch was printed on a much lesser grade paper and they looked horrible. Keep in mind, the same person processed both orders on the same day.
I was at the Scottsdale location and brought them in and asked if the second set could be printed correctly. Billy the Kid was the employee and said they would happily but then informed me I had to go back to the original store. I came back to the Tatum location and the employee was Lenorise Roberston. She was incredibly rude. She would not redo my order and was trying to additionally charge me to cutting! I had cut the cards myself. I asked for a manager and she said his name is David and he is "around here somewhere." I told her this is my 5th time to Staples and these cards are incredibly important. She was insensitive and barely paid attention. My heart broke as she ripped my cards out of my hand to throw them away. I got a refund and now I have no Christmas cards.
I have used Staples every year for cards and I could still cry thinking of the way I was treated at this location. I also own a business and can't fathom treating a customer this way or refusing to fix a mistake. I was not upset or confrontational so I'm not sure why there was this horrible demeanor from when I walked in. I am on bedrest and in a wheelchair so for every one of these visits I had to have a caregiver drive me.
I reached out to Staples Corporate regarding the issue in hopes they would remedy it so I didn't need to post a bad review. I received no response. Please don't put yourself through this. They obviously don't value business. Print elsewhere.
