| - I rarely ever leave reviews but if I can save one person from purchasing a mani pedi from them I will.
So to start, I bought a $25 groupon, then told her I wanted acrylics so I would pay the difference. So she charged me an additional $44. So maybe these will be good I thought.
WRONG.
I sit down in the chair, and they start talking about how they are in a hurry to leave so they can go to some party. Then she rushed through half my pedi, then she sat down in a chair next to mine and GOT HER NAILS DONE. so here I am waiting, and about 15 minutes later I finally get the rest of my pedi done and my mani started. While I'm getting my manicure done, the lady starts insulting me about me lifting weights telling me I look like a man and asking why I am a body builder, telling me I'll never find a husband and then when I requested my nails be short, she told me that I would definitely not ever find a husband. So then, she rushed through my manicure and IT. WAS. TERRIBLE. I asked for French tips and she did it with gel polish, the lines were shaky, the acrylic was bumpy, my nails were different lengths, and the polish didn't even cover the full width of the tips. Not only that, but I got it done on a Sunday, and the acrylics were breaking off on Tuesday. So $69 for complete garbage. And I left her a $7 tip despite all of it. DO NOT COME HERE. I'm not kidding, it's not worth it. These women are terrible at what they do. And no business should be insulting their customers.
Update: I called the Groupon number to complain to them about advertising such a terrible business, and if I don't get a full refund for my mani-pedi and the additional $44 they charged me, Groupon isn't advertising their business anymore.
