  • I love this place. I've been here since 2012. The staff Trixy and Ross are very friendly. Cynthia the manager is awesome. Complex is well maintained. Rent prices are very competitive compare to other apartment within Green Valley. Maintenance staff respond fast. They also have a way to add your rent to your credit score if you pay the rent online using their website. If there is anything I wish it could change: wish water bill was lower (but that's Henderson). People who complaint about noises. That's apartment living, I've never lived in a apartment where is didn't hear neighbors above you! Also screaming kids at the pool complain. Not sure what to say about that one lol
