  • Wow! This place is horrible! I would NEVER recommend them to anyone, I purchased a gift certificate online for someone I know. It was for a massage, facial and pedicure. It was pricey at over $200 after tax. Well my friend just called me crying! She had scheduled an appointment for this afternoon, and she ended up being too busy and was forced to reschedule. So she called them this morning, with plenty of time before her appointment, and was told "No Problem! We will see you next week. 4 Hours later she receives an email from the manager, informing her that they are taking $100 off of her gift for canceling!! Ridiculous! So my friend goes down there to try and resolve the issue and is told, very rudely, that they will not do anything about this, and that it was in the fine print on the website. Well, my friend has never seen their website! Should she not have been informed at the time of cancellation about the $100 charge? Then she would have had the option to go and not LOSE HALF OF HER GIFT. The funny part was that the place was empty when she was there, so its not like they are losing money with my friend canceling, the lady was extremely unhelpful, very rude and even smirked the whole time at my friend who was probably visibly upset. I feel terrible that I picked such a poorly run spa for a gift for my friend, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card and hopefully get some money back to send my friend to a proper place, that knows what the value of customer service is. Avoid this place.
