This company really saved my family and I a lot of grief. I accidentally had booked the wrong dates for our tour and was stressed because the tour that I actually needed was only 3 days away. I spoke with a girl named Holly and she reassured me that she was going to remedy situation if at all possible. I received a follow email and phone call from the manager Kyle. He took care of changing the dates and went as far as offering some great suggestions for fun and inexpensive things that my kids could do. I guess the most impressive thing was from the moment I talked to both Holly and Kyle I felt that they genuinely cared about my Las Vegas trip. The Grand Canyon was great and I never would have thought a company that offers such good customer service and an awesome tour could sell it for the price they do. Kudos indeed
