  • Like every other Joanne's - a big confusing-yet amazing maze of fabrics and hobbies and wonderful tools and things for most crafting hobbies. The store was clean and bright, items were organized and there were few stray items lying about. Employees are kind and extremely knowledgeable, but perhaps understaffed? It's difficult to track an employee down for directions or advice, and I personally waited for over 45 minutes (just sitting at the area, mind you. I had already grabbed whatever else I needed) to be helped. When my turn did arrive, the lady who helped me was very sweet and really helped me pick out a new machine. She apologized and I understand it wasn't her fault. The wait was still ridiculous however. I was too committed to walk out though.
