Horrible service and I'm pissed
The guy at the counter took our order and incorrectly made my custard sundae. Upon noticing (after taking 2 bites) I asked for another sundae made to my order. He insisted that he placed the non existent topping on my sundae. I showed him that he did not. Then he told me I would have to wait to have my sundae remade until he finished with the drivethru. I felt that was ridiculous it was his error that caused me to have to delay eating with my family I should not have to wait for him to clear the drive thru to remake his mistake. Then he proceeded to argue with me. In this span of time he could have remade my sundae. Then he tells a lady to make my sundae. Then she passes the sundae back to him in a area that I could not see. He then emerges with my sundae. I told him to keep it. I walked out I have no idea if they did anything to my sundae but I was not willing to risk it. By the way I was not offered a refund. This incident happened at 6:30p on 7/23/2016 at ECC on Mentor avenue.
