  • I went to get my nails done by "Ann". I walk in, we get told to have a seat. Staff was not friendly. Other customers mentioned they were offered drinks, we weren't offered anything. We waited awhile. I had an appointment but she took longer than expected. I was getting a "hard gel" nail with tips. She starts doing my nails, conversation is nice. She's a nice lady. However, my nails were so lumpy. This woman was using paint brushes to add the gel to my nails. Everything about my gel manicure was so unprofessional. I kept pointing out all the lumps and dents in the nails she said she wasn't done. I have this woman time to "fix" my nails. When she was done she said "perfect" I was confused because I didn't know what she was looking at. Clearly it wasn't my lumpy uneven nails. She attempted to fix them again. I spent THREE hours there and finally just gave up. I wanted them off. She said she wouldn't charge me this time and that she usually charges $50 for the job she did. I wasn't going to pay her anyway, I still thanked her for her effort and she gave me attitude!!!! When I was done my husband looked at my nails and laughed. He thought it was a joke. His comment was "I could do your nails better than that" save your time and money! Not worth it!
