We just experienced the absolute WORST customer service from this location. First, they failed to communicate what was needed to obtain the reservation. Multiple forms of ID, multiple utility bills and paycheck stubs were needed but never once mentioned and we had spoken to them on several different occasions about the reservation. My mother gets to this location on her lunch break to pick up the car and is just then told about these things. Staff and management refuse to work with her then place blame on her for not knowing such things. Branch manager, Ogi Vesic, offered no solutions but a half sincere apology and stated my mother could come back after work with the proper paperwork. My mother agrees but states before we leave that she will be making a complaint. Ogi follows us outside and told my mother not to bother to come back and that he is canceling her reservation because they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. My mother went to get his card and he laughed while saying he already cancelled her reservation. So we are left without a car mere hours before we are suppose to leave town. We have never felt more disrespected and disgusted with the complete lack of professionalism coming from someone who is suppose to be a manager. We will never be back at this location and it is unlikely we will return to enterprise for future reservations.
