  • I was a first time visitor to AZ Vision and could not be any happier with the service and attention I received. From the moment I walked in I felt valued. 'Bree' (?) gave me a series of eye tests (2 of which were new to me-- a macular degeneration test and an eyeball scan of some sort) The process (Bree) and results (Dr. Wan) were explained in detail. Dr. Wan then gave me another round of vision testing. He was professional with an approachable demeanor. I never felt hurried; he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Next was Carmen who dealt with the finances. She explained the billing, did not pressure me into buying glasses and even gave me a gift bag. Great experience all around, thank you =)
