  • I have generally loved Cartel since I've been in Phoenix, but was saddened this time after not going for over a year. I took some guests there, thinking I'd treat them to my favorite coffee place in the Phoenix area. The coffees were lukewarm and didn't have much flavor, and in smaller cups than I remember (paper cups, even if you're staying in- except the cappuccino of course, also lukewarm). I remember HOT coffee and coffee so strong and delicious that it gave me a buzz. What happened??
