  • I decided to try this spa because I've seen the reviews and decided this might be my new home. Decor and atmosphere was really nice, however I didn't feel that my presence was needed there. Reception wasn't attentive to me. Didn't ask if I needed anything or if I had any questions. I went up to them and asked questions. Even answers weren't very clear. The lady that did my eyebrows was OK. At first I requested for wax and before we started she got me to say yes to threading instead. Very quiet almost felt awkward during the session. I think customer service could be better. For the price I'm paying, I was hoping to feel more welcomed. Will think about trying again.
