  • Overdue review! This place absolutely rocks my casbah. I stayed here for a wedding party with my boyfriend and these people proceeded to wow us from start to finish. For a hotel that doesn't have a formal concierge, these guys had me fooled. I called the day prior to my check-in regarding a package being sent ahead from another country and wanted to coordinate with the front desk. Eric was amazing and even took the planning personally with so much enthusiasm that I practically felt like I knew him by the time we arrived! Top it off with Jean-Yves providing top notch service at the bar downstairs and the trip was smooth sailing for my entire stay. The hotel is right around the corner from Union Station which made my trip back to the airport a breeze. Oh, be sure to try their breakfast too! #yum
