This is a very large and sophisticated dealership. My complaint is about consistency from one interaction to the next; e.g. bike purchase may go well, but a service appt. may fail apart. Or an experience with a salesman is good, but the next time bad. Just pay attention to what you're told or promised. Getting it in writing would be a good idea. Be wary of the finance guy -- thoroughly understand the extra stuff he's trying to sell you. Call any problems to the general manager's attention promptly. He has a lot of employees to herd. He tries, but things can be left by the wayside.
