I guess you could say I'm biased. After frequenting Rock Bottom for the past several years, it's clear I enjoy their $3 wine at happy hour, ahi tuna and generously-topped nachos spread evenly over a massive plate (more cheese coverage that way).
Their beer is decent (I prefer Four Peaks), and appetizers are munchable. Currently they're running a $5 special on hors d'oeuvres.
I would personally steer away from the hummus, which came with a heaping platter of fried bread, sweet peas and another veggie that currently slipped my mind (carrots, maybe?) The dippers were just fine but the hummus lacked flavor.
Great patio, cozy hangout and little to no pretension. Overall, an enjoyable experience every time :-) If only it wasn't a chain...
