  • OMG! That's all! Okay, the waffles are really really really good! I love that they are not too sweet. "Too sweet" is my pet peeve. I love desserts, but if all I taste is sweet, then I have an issue. In these waffles, you feel the pearl sugar in your mouth. A little pop of sweetness. The pearl sugar caramelizes to leave the outside of the waffles crispy while leaving the inside moist and delicious. I am so glad that Waffallonia replaced Dozen!
