  • I actually had a horrible experience with Carlos I am so glad he is gone! The new manager Tim is on top of his game!!!! I called him in the morning and he had people deliver in the afternoon that same day!! I think he goes above and beyond what you would expect from a manager! YAY R&S FOR HIRING SOMEONE WHO SEEMS TO CARE ABOUT HIS JOB AND GIVES EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
