rev:text	If I can give this dry cleaners zero stars I would. After years of using these cleaners I was horribly overcharged. Before writing this post I did call several of the other locations attempting to resolve this matter with the owner but have yet to receive a call back. I brought my child's taekwondo uniforms to be cleaned as I have previously done so many other times. When I picked up the garments I was charged almost $18 for both uniforms. In the past the cost was only five dollars. My receipt also showed that I was picking up two men's jackets and two men's dress pants when in the past my receipt said uniforms. When I inquired about this I was told that yes uniforms were $5.50 but these were not uniforms. I pointed out that I had previously brought these exact same uniforms in and was never charged for anything but uniforms the young lady then looked up on my purchase history and did indeed find that I had been bringing in these uniforms regularly and also saw that I was paying the uniform price previously. She then told me that the new owner like to change prices without notice. This statement that she made was also repeated to me by another manager at a different location when I called to ask for the owner. I was again told that no one ever knows where the owners is and when he l will come in so I left my name and number again and have yet to hear from him. After almost 3 years of using this dry cleaners it is time to look for a new cleaners that will not overcharge me on a whim.
