  • I walked away from the surgery, so I can't speak to the care I would have received had the nurse not so freaked me out I didn't go through with it. HOWEVER, what I can speak to is financial. I had to pay my insurance portion of $150 BEFORE they would take me in for pre-op work. Now, 5 months after the date of service I STILL STILL STILL STILL cannot get my refund. Countless calls, web form inquiry, lies from Billing - no refund. My insurance company paid months ago. They have my money. Not for profit my feet. I haven't had financial issues with Sunrise or North Vista, so my recommendation is choose another hospital which employs ethics.
