I wish I could say I liked Dragon Noodle.
The host walked us to the sushi bar but he didn't say anything to us or smile at us. Kind of odd.
While the sushi chef was preparing our items we waited for a server to order drinks but no one came. I asked a passing by server. He apologized and said another server had gone home. I get it.
The sushi rolls were sloppy and the pieces were huge. The nigiri was also cut extremely large. The Philly roll tasted strange and I was informed it was smoked salmon. I wish I had been told as this is unusual and I am not a fan of smoked fish. The snapper was inedible and very tough. I literally couldn't bite through it.
Even though everyone was nice, the service was subpar and really, the only reason this has a star at all is because they were nice.
