  • Be really careful before you send in an application fee ($40) for any listing. I was showed a unit I really liked, and went back and forth via email with the listing agent. I finally deposited the application fee for the unit online and told the agent I did so. She came back to me right away saying that someone else had already taken the unit and that I couldn't get my money back. I was so angry. Why wasnt the listing removed online, and why hadn't she mentioned that someone else had already submitted an application for it during our multiple email exchanges? Things had to be escalated all the way to the president for me to get my application fee back. Would never recommend this agency to anyone I know from my own bad experience.
