  • i originally gave them 1 star out of frustration, and miscommunication. We spent a small fortune on our O.W. Lee furniture, b/c we were looking at it as an investment. There were a couple issues, although minimal to some, were bothersome to me. After hearing my frustrations, Robin (store manager), promptly resolved the problem by offering a great solution. My new chair arrived today, and the moment I sat in it I knew it was PERFECT. Then, to my surprise, she sent a little surprise and a card/letter. I'm so happy, I will definitely be back, and send customers your way. Thank you for making it right and making me happy!
