  • This is a good as thin crust pizza gets in the Midwest and you know it. Maybe a New Yorker would not be as impressed, but as for us corn-landers, the crisp crust, high quality ingredients and playfulness played out on a pie is all we can ask for. Did you know that if you want a particular slice, if you call ahead they'll make a whole pie of it just so there's a piece for you? We do that with the kalamata mozzarella slice. I do have to note that 3 out of 3 times I have had Ian's delivered, it arrived undercooked and cold. We learned our lesson and just don't do that anymore.
