rev:text	I have ordered water for about 6 months now and enjoy the convenience. The water delivery man is very nice and helpful. I had one issue with the hot water - it had some air in the hose so it splattered while it came out. The man fixed it immediately. I was also told that they would replace the cooler if there are any further issues. I see poor experiences in this yelp list, however, if found the customer service to be excellent- and I am fussy!
